Don't call glEnableVertexAttribArray when creating shaders

Was throwing "[main] [WARN] GL [error - high]: Error has been generated.
GL error GL_INVALID_OPERATION in EnableVertexAttribArray: (ID:
1580284243) Generic error" on some machines.
